Train service launch is timely

Now that the festive season is here, a lot of caution needs to be taken since this is the period where so many accidents tend to occur. Therefore, the re-launching of the commuter passenger train service at such a period is a brilliant idea and I commend the Kampala City Council Authority which has worked hand in hand with the Uganda Railways Corporation and the Rift Valley Railways Uganda Limited.
With the train, there will be fewer people using taxis. This will also help to decongest the roads hence reduce on the traffic in the city.
