Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential flag bearer in last week’s elections, Kizza Besigye is attending church amid heavy police deployment.
Besigye who has been under house arrest since last week when presidential results which saw the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) candidate Yoweri Museveni declared winner today decided to attend prayers at All Saints Cathedral Namirembe.
Police has deployed heavily outside the church.
