Champions-elect Kobs now shift focus to Lions Cup

Kampala. They MAY have comfortably strolled to the Nile Special Premiership title last week but Betway Kobs feel they still have a lot to prove when they visit Hima Cement Heathens today in their final game of the campaign at Kyadondo.
The Lions Cup, a trophy contested between Heathens and Kobs and won by the side that gets the better of the other throughout the year, is at stake.

Kobs lead in the race for the Lions Cup having edged Heathens 27-28 in the first round. If they win today, Kobs will be double champions. But should Heathens win, then a meeting in the Uganda Cup later this year could settle it. If they don’t cross paths in the Uganda Cup, the side with more points over two legs takes it.
“We want to take away everything from them (Heathens), “ Oscar Kalyango told Saturday Monitor.
