Allow me to congratulate Ms Allen Kagina upon her appointment as the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) executive director. With her laudable performance as commissioner general of Uganda Revenue Authority from 2004 to 2014, I have no doubt that UNRA is destined for excellence.
