Free-falling Falcons seek divine intervention against Our Saviour

By ELVIS SENONO

Struggling Startimes Falcons are in the middle of an opening second round five game sequence that will see them play against teams that occupied the first five positions after the first round.

Going by the previous two games, they seem powerless to pick a victory. After losing to Power and KIU Titans, the struggling record six-time champions today the Lugogo MTN Arena face an Our Saviour team that has yet to feature in the second round.
The latter completed the first round with a 7-4 record. Falcons on the other hand have a 2-11 record following Sunday’s 45-87 loss to the Titans.

The other game will have UCU Canons looking to build on their 9-3 record against Ndejje University that recorded an impressive 70-43 win over Sharing Youth in their previous game.
On Wednesday, champions City Oilers improved to a perfect 13-0 record following a an easy 92-65 win over bottom side Charging Rhino.

Kami Kabange scored 19 points with Tony Drilleba and Jimmy Enabu adding 15 points apiece against Rhino that slumped to 1-11 record.
